Have been a customer for almost ten years. I went through the drive thru and was very impressed about how quickly they were moving with all customers coming through drive thru due to covid-19. Awesome bank.

Every time I come here I have a experience. The tellers provided my account information for a non owner last year and now they never research to check a history of checks before they tell you they cannot do it. I feel like they look for more reasons why not to cash a check then to do it. My member experience has not been a very great lately. The one Killian is making up new rules inconsistent with the practices of the other branches every time I come there which is why I have moved almost all of my account relationships to Founders a few feet away.
