  I have been a member of Alltru for years. When I decided to take out a car loan through them the process was done online. I was approved in a matter of hours. The loan paperwork was explained with no hidden clauses. What I liked most was the fact there was no early payoff penalties. I was very satisfied and woukr recommend Alltru to family and friends.

  The loan process was quick and easy! It didn't take long before I received the results and was called to take the next step. Kim Geen called me to set up a time to finish the process and sign papers. She was a perfect example of professionalism and courtesy. She knew exactly what needed to be done and did it properly! I enjoyed working with Kim!

  Horrible customer service & long wait times on the phone to begin with. Had 3 different instances that my payments were returned after being told I have overdraft protection. 1 of the 3 times they told me payment went through in which it was for my life insurance I learned later that was untrue. After being declined at the register countless times & embarrassed I called today & they tell me I don’t have overdraft. This is something that should’ve been told to me when I had the first returned payment instead of telling me I have it overdraft protection. My husband & I are closing our joint account & going to Navy Federal where we already have single accounts. We wanted to join a local credit union in our city unfortunately we can’t afford anymore mishaps. If you get an account with this bank take notes, get names, & watch your account because in the end it will be all the customers fault.

We pride ourselves in being transparent and open with our members at all times, and we never want you to feel as if we are hiding anything from you, especially when it comes to fees. We are very sorry that you were told that you have overdraft protection on your account when you did not. We can imagine how frustrating that must have been and will not let that happen again. As far as our customer service, we apologize for the longer than usual wait times. Like many businesses right now, our support center is understaffed and we are currently training several new team members in our call center so that we will be better equipped to serve our members and deliver better, quicker service to you. We want to learn from our mistakes and do better if you'll allow us. We value your membership, and we would hate for you to close your account due to this mistake.
