  I met Phil 25 years ago. He was a specialist in the program under which I bought my first house. i had never bought anything like that before and I was terrified. I couldn't imagine borrowing money and being an homeowner.Not only did they help me with the paperwork and the loan and all that stuff. More than that they helped me survive the experience. I enjoyed every meeting I had with them. They comforted me , advised me and saved me from a nervous breakdown. A year or so ago i called them (Phil and his wife) to inquire about getting a reverse mortgage. It was like meeting an old friend after many years. We talked about my circumstances and I was advised that a reverse mortgage would not be the right thing for me at the time but that i should call them again and they would happily help me when and if the time was right. i appreciated that he did not try to sell me something I didn't need. i have a 90 year old friend who was having some financial difficulties. I recommended a reverse mortgage to him and i got in touch with Phil to help him with it. it worked out great. He got my friend the mortgage and my friend is much better off with it. I'd highly recommend Phil and Allwest Mortgage. They are very good at what they do. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and competent at what they do and highly ethical how they do It. They make the process as simple as it can be and treat you as much as friends as clients.

  I recently worked closely with Phil from Allwest to help an elderly friend of mine through the reverse mortgage process. My friend was on very shaky financial footing, but with Phil's guidance and patience, we were able to help him move into a much more stable and secure situation. With Phil's experience and understanding, what would have otherwise been an incredibly complicated and virtually impossible process for my friend became a reality - and brought us both a great deal of comfort and peace of mind.
