      My experience has always been amazing. From the virtual tellers to customer service desk. The employees are very friendly. I came to the branch on Saturday mind you Friday was a holiday. I was expected to see a line or the branch to be busy. The teller station has 3 open windows, the lobby has 2 people waiting. Once my deposit was done I had to sign in to see a specialist. The wait was kind of long, there was only one person working the front desk. However, I didn't mind waiting. After doing some online things and talking on the phone it was my turn. Tiare assisted me with my second account for my mortgage. She was extremely informative and very pleasant. Even though she was the only one holding down the branch she was on the ball. She has been such a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I have an account related issue I will schedule an appointment with her.
