  I was married to a family member of this company. My husband, then, encouraged me to invest the proceeds of the sale of my home with his brother's company. In less than 3 months, they put a moritatorium on the fund, and I couldn't get my money back. The fund steadily when down hill. I went from being paid a modest dividend each month to a loss each month. Sometimes each loss was more than $1000! I was hemorrhaging money each month and was powerless to stop it. I consulted an attorney and he said they "jumped through all the legal hoops to have me included as a non-traditional investor." More than 4 years later they still have what's left of my principle. They tell me I have to wait until the real estate market recovers before they will give me back what's left of my investment. This was my daughter's inheritance. I would steer clear of this outfit.

  She did not understand the outside market factors that affected the liquidity of her investment and her legal efforts were futile as she signed all documents to the potential risks of investing in mortgage backed securities. This negative review was posted as her spiteful revenge to former family members that tried to her help.
