The lender from alpha mortgage waited until the day before closing on our new house to tell my mother that her income after retirement would not be enough even though he knew this in march. Even though she asked him repeatedly.We had the home built. We had moved from VA down here to the Carolinas. We were here two months waiting for them to finish the house.We could have raised our income in that time. We lost our home and we are now living in Airbnbs for 5 months. This company and the negligence of their representative has caused us insurmountable pain and suffering and has cost us an insane amount of money. Hands down worst experience of our entire lives. Had we known sooner we would have had the time to raise income to the household or gotten another home. I don’t know how this person sleeps at night
