  BEWARE !! BEWARE !! BEWARE !! Of this company and ALL THEIR NAMES - Alpine Mortg.- Centra Point LLC - and the newest name. Finance of America Mortg. Received a loan for $110,000. For a property valued at $140,000 last april. (2015) My loan was moved to Pinnacle Capital, then to Greentree servicing, then finally to Ditech. Ditech is GreenTree Serving and they changed their name due to all complaints. And I believe these companies used to be affiliated with Walter Investments who I found out was the WORST! My loan was moved to 4 different companies within 6 months. I have paid all payments 2 weeks to one month early- Ditech just sent me a bill stating I am $4,991.98 behind !! I got a letter from Alpine about 6 months after I received my loan, so I wrote to them, certified mail, about my problems and have NEVER heard back from them. I have found complaint after complaint about Alpine Mortgage - Central Point LLC - Now - Finance of America Mortgage !!! BEWARE !! BEWARE !! BEWARE !!!

  We worked with this company through Shannon with their pahrump branch and had a terrible experience. We were selling our home in Las Vegas at the same time and so had a deadline we needed to move out by but because she didn't schedule the appraisal on the house we were purchasing until a few days before the closing date we ended up not closing on time. She also waited ten days after she received a copy of the pest report to let us know that something was missing that she needed for closing ( this was two weeks after the original closing date). Through all of this she would even turn off her phone and refuse to talk to me or my real estate agent so we couldn't get anything done. After we were able to finally get a closing date scheduled three weeks after the original date we showed up at the title company to sign papers and she didn't even have all the papers to sign! We had to come back the following day just to finish signing! And all this while the sellers of the home we were buying were threatening to cancel the contract because the closing date kept getting pushed back. Had the sellers pulled out my family would have been homeless. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. This is the third home we've purchased and by far the worst experience we've ever had
