      Scott and Ladonna were great getting our refi loan taken care of. We had some hitches along the way (not on their end) and they both worked hard to address and resolve them. Definitely recommend.

      Scott Boerstra was excellent to work with. The process was quick and easy. We refinanced to a 15 year mortgage for the same monthly payment I was already paying. Scott saved me three years of house payments. He shopped my loan to a couple of lenders and saved me $2000.00 by doing it. I would recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for a mortgage or refinance.

      With the market so low, I wanted to take advantage of the rates, but I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I wanted to consolidate debt, which I had been pretty sure I had enough equity to do so. I applied initially with the bank my mortgage was through. They told me my credit wasn't high enough. Scott was referred to me by my boss. He got me the cash out option I wanted so I can consolidate my debt. We closed about 2 weeks quicker than my bank told me they could do. (I get it; banks are swamped right now.) On top of those two huge perks, he helped work through a minor hiccup with my insurance company (again, Scott helped save me about $100 a month just in insurance.) The rest of the process was a breeze. I can't sing Scott's praises enough. When I'm ready to sell and buy a longer term house, I have no question that I would call Scott again. He's professional and patient and the kind of guy you want walking you through something like this if you have no idea what you're doing. Thanks again, Scott!
