      Glacier bank now - name is appropriate... Cold as ICE! Fantastic home town bank before as Bank of American Fork, now they could care less how long you have been a customer, let alone what customer service means. Qualified for my monthly rewards checking but apparently they took that away and didn't notify me. I called customer service, pointed them to their own website with Q&A and how it described its still an active program. They said they would take wording down on the website. I asked if they could credit my measly $15 monthly interest and they said they would check with a supervisor. Nothing. Sent a courteous request to customer service via email, NADA. Mountain America is the opposite. I had a $25 fee for insufficient funds, totally my fault, call in and just like that in 5 minutes they refunded my money.
