  This bank was recently purchased by Glacier Bank and my experience since that time has been a real turn for the worse. I send an international wire once a month for business, it used to be I could come in and give the amount and they would duplicate the documentation and send the wire for $35 within. I don't know why this isn't possible online with them but it never has been. Since the change to Glacier Bank they must retype the form each time and each wire costs $75. The retyping takes 10-20 minutes extra each time and adds risk of typos to each transaction. There have been mistakes made twice on these so far. Twice the cost for half the service is the wrong direction. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  This is a great location and great staff, but my only down fall to this branch is why won’t you guys let me cash a check with out an account on a Saturday when I can just goto the Lehi branch and cash it there???
