      Frustratingly incompetent. Our construction loan changed hands 3 times, and all the delays led to more and more extensions. Our builder said this is the most inconvenient bank he's ever worked with. Even though we started mortgage proceedings well well well in advance, things weren't finalized until we had been living in our house for 4 months and after multiple extensions that were 0% our fault but that we paid for. Additionally, they ended up selling our mortgage to another bank without telling us. Basically, if you're building, definitely go somewhere else.
