      Holly is the best. I got charged twice by another Altabank location, but Holly of this location made sure that the first charge was cancelled and that my money was returned. Then she went the extra mile and called me back to confirm. That's the main difference between big banks and local banking: you have a name and a face to trust, not a customer service ticket email or answering machine.

      I have come here twice had to turn away twice because the inside was closed once was due to construction, cleaning or whatever which is fine second was on a Saturday I came at 12:00 when it says it’s still open but it wasn’t I’m not sure why and there wasn’t anything posted on the door saying why they would be closed early so I’m just kinda extremely annoyed by that

      Been with this bank since 2004. I don't see any sustainability in a bank or business that can't keep the same name. just recently changing their name again today 3/14/22 .I was just at this bank 3/11/22 with my weekly deposit of my paycheck didn't see any signs or nobody spoke to me about any changes. I called the card center they said that my card will no longer work and I should have a new one in the mail I did not receive one. I'm very likely going to close my account can go with a different bank. This is a massive inconvenience this put me in a big bind.
