      Not crypto friendly. Lots of phone time and staff confusion. On the phone from 1pm-5pm, had to call two branches multiple times before getting the debit card to work on crypto.com. Second branch knew more and was able to get the debit card working but the card froze again after one transaction. Makes buying crypto inaccessible. Very friendly staff.

      Years after doing company business with you then ,suddenly they don't want to do business and don't want to help, don't answer their e-mails so will never do any business with this bank againg so I took my business to somebody else
