      Saturday morning they may be slow with service but the employee are very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and want to go back to this bank

      Worst Bank to work with Nissan the worst dealership didn’t tell us who we were going to be banked with when we got a car from them and these people called over the phone saying we were banked with them over charged because we just had a car loan with them couldn’t give much info because we needed to open a bank account with them at the end we didn’t have to and then luckily I traded in for a jeep these people were still charging me monthly for the old car and plus making it a big deal because I wanted my money back saying we have to go cancel the account with them because we have a bank account opened with them yet we never did and proof because they were charging me $20 Extra for sending statements that I only got a couple of times mailed to me.

      I know covid has slowed everybody down but i have been sitting in line in the drive threw for 30 min now and Still have 2 vehicles in front of me. It is a wensday at 1:00pm. There is no reson why it should take so long when the loby is closed to customers. Other than this the employees are so nice here tho. Manager please improve this. Thank you!
