      I do ihhs work for my grandmother down in Bakersfield and she pays me to do so. One of the managers at this branch basically just accused me of fraud by saying my grandmother's signature is the same as my own. My grandmother's phone number is on the check. When told to call to verify the check she refused. This bank has the worst customer service from the managers.
