      I don't know exactly which office he works out of but if you are partnered up with Martin Marquez, good luck! His response times are abysmal. My most recent correspondence went out 11 days ago (aside from the message I sent today letting him know I am no longer in need of his "services") and I have not heard back from him or his assistant (who I copied in all messages since Martin seems too busy to handle his own case load). Never again will I use this lender. I am working with a mortgage broker now. I highly recommend doing the same.
