  Betsy is by far the best lending experience I've ever had. She is friendly and very customer service focused. As someone who's never owned a house before it was hard finding someone that really cared to help. 2 other lenders made me feel like I was just a number and not an actual human with tons of questions that needed answers. I am beyond grateful to have met Betsy Salas who guided us and answered every time with a smile on her face. She is now our friend and can't wait to have her over!

  Just called to see about getting pre approved for a loan. The man that I spoke with didnt seem to happy that the house I wanted to get wasnt in his area. And basically hung up on me. Thanks Alterra I wont be getting a loan from you in Missouri either lol.

  We just closed on our first home with Betsy Salas and we couldn't be happier!!! The knowledge and customer service we received was unbelievable. She made this whole process feel less overwhelming and we had no problem putting our confidence in her and the Alterra Home Loan team. We highly recommend them! Betsy's attention to detail, her professionalism, and her genuine drive to get us in our dream home exceeded our expectations. We are still in shock at how fast the process was, especially after hearing all the horror stories of being in escrow.
