      Horrible experience dealing with Jaime Tapia. He asked me my race which he shouldn’t have and after that the communications got worse and worse. Waist of a hard credit pull. Now I have to start all over with another lender. I have the income, great credit, and all necessary info submitted weeks ago. He always has excuse about email not working etc etc. Very unprofessional and absent minded. He won’t respond to emails or texts after asking me to submit things. No follow up or follow through . I would never recommend this place. Buying a home is supposed to be a happy experience not stressful. He is a joke !!! Don’t waste your time.
