      Pulled in to the drive-through with 5 minutes before closing according to my phone AND the altra sign the for a simple withdrawl, when I asked if they were closing they said yes- I gestured to my watch showing there was still time, but was ignored. Because of that I wasn't able to get the remainder of the ammount needed to purchase a vehicle for my daughter, and was sold to another person. Altra has lost its small hometown feel and has been replaced with the cold big business feel. Seriously thinking of moving my accounts.

      Altra is the worst in stealing peoples money! Very bad and the worst customer service ever..they screw over customer big time. Dont EVER do any type of loan there they screw you over.
