      I'm having the worst experience with a lending institution that i have ever dealt with. First they push you through a call center and they give you different information of forms of payment and then when you get to the actual bank they tell you something totally different. Then they have me drive one hour to a DMV to get my title only to have the DMV tell mw that they can't give the title because the lender hasn't put any information in the system. So you do everything right and payoff your loan and the lender doesn't give you your title or help and give credible information on how to get your title. There is a total disconnect between the call center and the actual bank branches and each side blaming the other side for the wrong information

      I have never been treated so poorly by a credit union my whole life. Horrible customer service, horrible loan representative experience. I will never have an account here or recommend others go here. Avoid if at all possible
