      Don’t trust them! Tell you one thing and then turn there backs on you like you never paid them! Funny they decline it when payments would be 200+ less after telling you it’s good to go. So now I guess I’ll be switching to diffrent bank that don’t lie and trust the customers. Stay far away from them and go to a diffrent bank! Been here 5+ years with multiple accounts including business and now leaving for all the lying they do. The VP don’t even care to help besides say the same bs things!

      There lobby is closed indefinitely and they refused to cash one of there own checks through the drive up. Ridiculous. I now have to drive across town and do another transaction putting myself and others at even more risk. Well done.
