Always hard to do business. Nothing is easy or convenient. Opening another account. Been with them for over 20 years. Every time I need to deal with a person they may or may not do what you are asking. Anything is going to have a cost. Anything but cash is an “exception”. Free checking is the reason to come and to stay. Nothing else is special. I miss the days of Customer Appreciation days. Luckily needing to go inside doesn’t happen much.

We are a not-for-profit, which means anything we collect goes directly towards the credit union, which means improving the interest rates for our members. Called to speak to a live person. The wait was 10 people ahead of me. I was prompted to leave a call back number and guaranteed a call back. It's been 3 days SMH. Terrible.
