My granddaughter took me to altura year's ago when I first moved here and I was looking for a place to get a checking account and we thought a credit union is a great way to go because you build up your credit score and you have a great checking account as well as the fact that they are amazing when it comes to there fraud department, I have been so happy with them and I will not ever change because they are so good and the staff are very friendly, helpful and so kind to everyone and very efficient at there house jobs. Very good customer services with Olivia on the branch in murrieta inside of vons she talks Spanish and the most a like that the deposit ur direct deposit two days before regular pay date

Took out money twice for an erroneous purchase that had been refunded even before the first charge. Blames PayPal for taking the money even though I have documentation proving PayPal issued the refund a week ago. Refuses to send me the promised dispute form after multiple requests and talks down to me on the phone. These people will rob you blind and will take no accountability for it. Avoid at all costs.
