  We knew next to nothing about home loans and Amanda patiently held our hands through the process. She’s knowledgeable about all the loans available and our agent loved working with her. We’ve bought two homes now with her help and refinanced at her urging when the market was right. We will only use Amanda.

  Amanda was great! I was a first time homebuyer and she took the time to explain everything and answer all of my many questions. I was extremely happy with all parts of the transaction! Amanda made sure funding was on time and all documents were at the escrow company before my signing date. Thank you Amanda! I will be back for my next purchase or refinance!!!

  I can't warn anyone enough about how incomprehensiblely incompetent Amanda Finnegan is. I've never had a loan transaction go so poorly, and I probably never will again. Amanda couldn't fill out any paperwork right, didn't bother correcting it, caused us to almost miss closing, and the only reason the transaction succeeded is because I talked to like a good chunk of the C / VP level people at HomeStreet Bank and the originating bank. Amanda really sets the bar so low you'd hurt your toe on it. Don't get within 50 feet of her if you want to actually buy a house.
