  Amanda was EXCELLENT to work with! She’s transparent, detailed, responsive, timely, knowledgeable, organized, professional, patient, and above all kind. I was out-of-state the entire home buying process and had a few challenging encounters with title and builder but with Amanda’s help, she actually made the experience easy and smooth. I gave her my trust and she did not disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you Amanda!

  Amanda was absolutely amazing. She worked with us on an unexpectedly quick timeline. She walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions, including running through many scenarios and options, and made sure we were thinking about things we hadn't thought to ask about. Her loan coordinator, John Moszocki, was also fantastic and equally ready to hop on a call, answer any and all questions, and work out the best situation for us. At the end of the day, we came away with an amazing rate on an amazing home. Not only this, but Amanda has been ready and available to answer any other questions we've had, whether that's been about a loan for solar or a question about non-loan closing documents.

  Amanda is incredible, and I want anyone reading this to understand how invaluable she is to have on your side. Competence, service, and effort are among her many strengths. She is a straight shooter, but she never loses sight that this as a people business. She understands you're someone with dreams and family of your own, not just a number. Do yourself a favor and talk to her for five minutes when you start your home buying process. You'll quickly realize what she is about. Below is my home buying anecdote: My first attempt at buying a house, I actually did not go with Amanda or a broker at all. I went with a "general lender", and despite being well qualified, they could not even get me to underwriting... for 40 DAYS! The "general lender" treated me as a number, and did not even attempt to help me through the very complicated home buying process whatsoever. The whole situation was a nightmare, and I lost out on the home. To add insult to injury, I lost $7000 in earnest money as well At the recommendation of my realtor, I contacted Amanda because I didn't want to give up. Five minutes into talking to her, she made confident that I could and would still buy a home. So I went looking again, and I found a home that was truly my dream home, even better and of a higher value than the last. She secured the deal for me, quite literally. Her reputation proceeded her with the listing agent, which influenced the sellers to choose my VA LOAN offer over five other offers (including cash offers) in a HIGHLY competitive bidding war. The listing agent's words were "If Amanda says she can get it done, consider it done." And get it done she did. Nights, weekends, any time I reached out she was there to help (even though I was across the globe the entire time!) She built charts and spreadsheets to help articulate my financials in a way the previous "general lender" could and would not attempt to. There are many more things she did that I feel were above and beyond, but long story short: I got into underwriting in 10 days, approved in three, and we closed early. I'm now a customer for life and I hope you all give Amanda the same chance I did. Thanks for everything Amanda!
