  RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF ANYONE WORKING FOR OR SUGGESTING TO USE THIS PLACE!!!I’m giving them one star because I can’t leave anything lower. This placed wasted over two months of my time and $700. When I called the manager Brad out on it, he didn’t respond. Was I surprised-no, but completely frustrated and annoyed with Brad and Misty alike.

  If you have poor credit and 1/2 a year or more to refinance this is who can help you. But don't expect them to return emails or calls. If you have a court hearing about back taxes they do not care. They put everything off saying they will get it closed before the court date have you pay extra money to have needed paperwork sent in 1 day only to not get it closed. They were told form the start that I had a court hearing in July and waited until the Friday before the court hearing scheduled for Wednesday to start working on getting me closed. The person I was dealing with was not a licensed agent yet and the person whose name was being used informed me that they didn't know what was going on with my refinance and referred me back to the unlicensed agent when I asked for their assistance. My attorney ended up getting involved costing me more cost than just the penalties and 1 day request for paperwork that was unnecessary since they didn't close before the court date. Closing was a nightmare. At that point I had no choice but to sign no matter what they offered because I was going to incurre additional penalties for the back taxes my mother didn't pay. They numbers on what I signed didn't match what was sent to me and my attorney. The title company had no time to organize the paperwork and had to keep pushing the closing time out since they hadn't received the final paperwork. Things had started out fabulous but went downhill fast. But if you have poor credit and are having a hard time getting refinanced they will eventually get it done.
