      Rick, just solved a problem that Chase bank harrassed me over involving checks issued to me deceased husband. He calmed my fragile nerves. He was knowledgeable and calming.

      Everytime I go to the La Porte branch the service is poor. The tellers do not greet the customer and let them know they will be helped shortly. They go about their business in the back and totally ignore people in line. This usually goes on for about three or four minutes. It's very frustrating to just be standing there and not have anyone acknowledge you.
