  I had a great experience at Amerant ,Katy branch. The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. Brenda, made sure I understood everything about my account and how I could fully take advantage of all the offers featured. Brenda and the staff didn't mind staying behind as I did get to their office about 15-20 minutes before closing. I was very impressed and glad I went in person.

  The best personalized attention I have received for my business, Brenda is a high-level professional, she helped us and clarify the services they perform, and she only indicated those that we really required at that time. It is not opening an account, it is knowing what account and what benefit it brings us to open that account. I definitely recommend 100% the services of this bank and in particular 100% the services of Brenda Costilla.

  Dealing with bankers can be traumatic, I am pleased to say that this does not happen here, Brenda is a wonderful person, she makes things so easy, she explains very well, she is also a good counselor. If you want a great Banker, come to the Amerant and ask for Brenda, your experience will be completely pleasant.
