      Great credit union with low fees and excellent customer service. I’ve had accounts with them for 20+ years. I do not understand the bad reviews. They are one of the top credit unions in the country and we are lucky to have a branch in Boise.

      The mobile app is worthless and America First charges its members $8 to make car payment online👎

      At my point in life I have had three different mortgages, and I have paid off multiple cars. I went to America first thinking that they were a really good loan company to work with. At this point I have called for a month and a half trying to make a payment on my car to them. Each time I am on the phone waiting for 20 to 40 minutes. I had to jump through many hoops to access my pin, I have had to jump through many hoops to talk to somebody about making a payment. I do not have traditional banking options and I do live in a more rural area. The problem is is that America first is not helping to make this process easier, they need to open up more accessible options for people that are in non-traditional banking.
