  I've been banking with America First Credit Union since I moved to Saint George, three years ago, and I have been treated very well. They really watch out for my interests and help notify me if they think that there are any fraudulent charges going on. They know where I usually spend my money and how I spend it so anything that looks out of the ordinary flags them and they flag me. They give great service and know me by name when I walk through their doors. Thank You.

  I’ve enjoyed using AFCU it’s an overall good credit union. This branch though is not my favorite. Given banks are a professional establishment which I understand. some people don’t have family or babysitters to help take your kids and you need to haul them along with you. I have two young kids 5 and 2 that are honestly well behaved but my son was just pretending to be a “banker” in an empty station on the main floor where the loan officers are. He didn’t touch anything he just sat on the chair and pretended like he was typing on the desk. I had two ladies who work there just huffing and puffing that kids were in there as me and the wife both needed to be there to open a new account. Overall just poor customer service as they don’t know the situation others are in and just made the experience bad. I would suggest to go to another branch and deal with some better customer service not uptight ladies. Thanks for coming to my ted talk 😁
