Sub-Par: I opened my account back in the day when these guys were rated really well - nationally. Well, no longer. They have become a bunch of toffers, whom hold their account holder's with little regard. If you really need a good financial institution which provides you actual benefit, look elsewhere. AFCU will leave you hanging.

We had a truck loan through this company and the rate is awesome! However, we paid the truck off and did not delete the direct deposit for them to withdraw the funds from our account. There was funds accidentally transferred to this account, for an undisclosed amount, instead of closing this account it looks like they recycled the information and now we are having trouble getting our hard earned cash back. When our checking account/savings account disputed the funds transfer AFCU did not respond or even try to help or respond to the letters of identification. Is this how they treat veterans and the spouses of veterans then by pass any business with them..
