      I decided to finally join AFCU after signing up so many of my clients unfortunately, I didn’t get the star treatment they did. No folder with bank info I had received a bonus check from my employer and wanted to deposit it however, I was discouraged from doing so and was told My account basically would be on a 30 day hold for deposits, transactions etc Even If I chose to deposit cash it be on hold for a couple of days. I was also told that I immediately would be banned from doing mobile deposits for about 30-60 days she said. I left with a debit card and that’s it. I left feeling just a tad bit “discriminated against “ lol 😆 just a little lol

      Customer service is always terrible and trying to make a payment over the phone? Forget it! The wait is always ridiculous and even if you leave your number for them to call you back they don't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it no stars I would.
