      Melanie was amazing to work with! Excellent customer service! She helped our son with a car loan and we had an exceptional experience. If I could give more stars I would. She was awesome! Highly recommend America First Credit Union and especially this location!

      Stopped for help on a pay off. Megan that was in the managers office was very unhelpful at best. I was hoping she was able to locate a payoff check that was sent overnight 5 days ago. Megan acted put out that I was there for help on this, as stated it was not her issue. I needed to contact the facility that sent the check. I called the facility where I traded my truck into. The facility was willing to help in anyway possible. They got me the payoff check and verified it had been sitting at the America first facility for over a week. This help did not come from the institution that I have multiple loans through No! Came from someone who understood that I needed some help. As of today I will move all loans and banking from America first! This horrible lady in my opinion should not be in any position that requires personal relationships. Thank you for the past but I am done with America first!
