      The hours are fantastic for customers. The staff is polite and friendly. Approvals are fast, and rates very competitive. Online banking is top tier. Best bank I've ever used.

      Horrible customer service. I was on the phone with one of the ladies here and she was extremely rude- constantly talking over me. I was trying to explain to her what I needed help with and she said she needed to help another customer and needed to end the call with me. She was talking to someone else in the background the entire time I was trying to talk to her (very unprofessional). I’ve worked with several other banks in the valley and I’ve never received such discourteous service. Sad when you get better customer service at the gas station down the road then the people who have control over your investments.
