      Got great Customer Service over the phone when I decided to open an account online with them! Also receive great Customer Service in person at the Oxford Branch! Even when I call Call Center or another branch for whatever reason I receive great friendly service! So far so good no complaints.

      I wish I can give 0 star. Not helpful at all. Feel like I’m not welcome in this bank. They can’t find or maybe they don’t want to find solutions for me. I won’t recommend this bank to anyone. This is the reason they got bad reviews .
