      Mr. Darin Ketterling was able to work with me on refinancing my home to a lower 30 year fixed rate where I am saving over $250+ a month--or $3,000 a year! I was able to skip two mortgage payments, got money back from my current escrow account, and I didn't have to bring any money down at closing.
