      My wife and I could not be happier with having Jason in our corner when we recently bought a piece of property in Sonoma County. In today's markets and "special" situation properties in this area, we really put Jason through the ringer. Our experience was much different than most home buyers and Jason knocked it out of the park. He earned every penny of his commission. Jason jumped on opportunities that helped us buy a homerun of an investment property. Granted the stars aligned to make the deal happen, but it was Jason's strategy, tenacity, and market knowledge that pushed us to pull the trigger when the opportunity was ripe. Once the trigger was pulled the fun began! He went to bat to make sure we had all of our T's crossed, I's dotted, and managed some personalities that made the whole deal a wild ride. Jason cares and is available day or night via text or call. In our lives this was a breath of fresh air. This post could go on for awhile, but overall working with Jason is a no brainer. He is a Petaluma guy through and through that wants to always do what is best for his customer. You want Jason in your corner.

      Scott & Jason are quite the duo! They took a difficult situation and made it look easy. I had a client needing a 21 day close on a home while in this aggressive market. They were able to deliver every step of the way. Any questions I had or help I needed, they were available. They were very informative with each step, so I never felt like we were hanging. They were on top of getting this loan done and happy to say it all closed without a hitch! Without a doubt, will be doing business again with these guy's again!
