  Sent an email to someone named Nick Moore because it was the only contact information given by the website for the type of mortgage I was looking for. Received a response an ENTIRE WEEK later at 3am with a single line response telling me to contact another bank in OKC. Would have been interested in hearing about some other lending options if it wasn't so blatantly clear they don't need my business. Not impressed.

  Very unprofessional. Does not give information on what is acceptable under any loan. You must know what to ask before you get any information. He will make a couple of phone calls and say he's worked with you for months. If there was a higher boss I would have turned him in as unprofessional. I would not want anyone to work for me with his attitude. Also not only did us this way, when we decided to use someone else he called my landlord/realtor and threatened her. It is MY choice as to who to use for my loan.

  Company has lost touch with the needs of the consumer. They don’t provide reliable information and the owner of the company is never at work and never returns calls. When I call they always have an issue greater than my loan. The power was out, the phones were off, water was off or the owner was in court being sued. Please do yourself a favor and find a better local lender choice that actually cares.
