  My husband and I would like to send out a huge thank you to both Joel and Kerry from America’s Loan Advisors. We recently completed a second home refinance with them and I cannot say enough great things about how they conduct business. It was late afternoon when I had spoke to Joel about options that we had with our situation and telling him that we would like to proceed. The great thing I liked about my conversation with Joel was that he asked what I was trying to accomplish and then he provided me with a great option that accomplished what we were trying to do and in the process saved us a lot of money. Within a couple of hours of speaking to Joel, our rate was locked and initial disclosures were sent over for signing. This was done all after normal business hours. The communication was outstanding. Kerry always kept us up to date of everything that was happening with our refinance. We knew we would be leaving town within a few weeks of starting the process. I made both Joel and Kerry aware that we would be going out of town and we were actually signing all of our closing documents about a week and a half later and were fully closed withing two weeks. Thank you Joel and Kerry for your outstanding service. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend America’s Loan Advisors for all of your home loan needs.

  Joel and Kerry Harrison are an incredible team! Joel is very knowledgeable and provided a detailed, yet easy to read and understand spreadsheet with my rate, payment, and savings options. Kerry was thorough and efficient at gathering the documents required for a clean loan approval quickly. From start to finish my refinance took less than 18 days with an appraisal. I absolutely will continue to use Joel and Kerry for all of my home loan needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy mortgage broker.

  As first time home buyers, my family needed Loan Advisors that would provide a level of service beyond Five Stars. Joel & Kerry were patient, always available on the phone, and made us feel like we were in the drivers seat. Joel met all of our expectations and more.
