      Lindsay Irvine was my main contact at AAG for my reverse mortgage, (also Amanda Ferguson). They made the process smooth with very little effort on my part, she explained everything thoroughly and understandably and was very pleasant to deal with! The reverse mortgage Is going to make things much easier financially for me in retirement and I’m very glad I did it. After researching multiple options and multiple companies and brokers offering reverse mortgages and other options I decided to go with AAG as I felt it was the most reputable!

      This was a nightmare due to our loan officer. He kept asking for things we already sent and kept telling us we will close next week. In the meantime we started this process in March and did not close until September. He called the day of the closing to tell us we need more money. He never investigated why before calling us. We sent him back to the drawing board to find out why. We did not need more money to the tune of $7,000.00. The appraisal was extremely low. Houses in this area are going for much more than we were appraised for. We asked that it be done again at their cost, He gave us some garbage answer, This cost us a fortune due to paying mortgage we did not have to pay and low appraisal.
