      Hidden inside the building, they validate your parking is needed unless you're lucky and can park in front of the building.

      This credit union seems to try to control how you use YOUR money.It blocks your account with no way to unblock it during the weekend since they're closed. There are other little things that make no sense but recently we experienced a deposit issue. Went INSIDE a branch to deposit a check. Teller does the transaction everything is good. One day later notice money is now reversed, account in negative (paid bills) and incurred NSF fees.Contact them they say oh we don't accept foreign checks(they have cashed before) stating the policy has changed which is fine however 1. Why would the teller not know that he's the same teller who deposited foreign check before and 2. why don't you have a copy of the updates available?Went online there are no updates in regards the policy changing in regards to foreign items so we've been asking them to point us in the right direction or send a copy of the policy updates, they haven't.Even went inside the branch and just got a "we don't do it anymore" from this grumpy ol' teller. It's frustrating when you ask direct questions and get very vague answers in return. Don't have any questions or issues on the weekend you'll have to wait until Monday🤨
