      On May 29th took flight 2938 from Newark to Phoenix. The flight attendants we’re pleasant and helpful. Everything went off perfectly for a 5 hour flight. I would definitely fly American again.

      Extremely unprofessional and rude. Called because I had some questions about my account and loan. Loan Officer, Cynthia, said she was going to transfer me over to the car loan department (forgot to put me on hold) then proceeded to make fun of me for a question I asked with another coworker. When she realized I was not on hold, I told her that I just heard the entire conversation, she said she was looking out for my best interest and chuckled. The fact that this behavior is allowed says a lot about the entire office.
