      Update it gets worse! I closed my bank account weeks ago, took my money out gave the lady my debit card. And they're still trying to charge me service fees. They won't answer the phone or take messages. DO NOT BANK HERE! I get paid every 2 weeks. Everybody else has direct deposit as well at my work. Everybody except for me gets paid Thursday. American Bank Waits until 1pm Friday before they'll release my check from pending it's completely ridiculous. And every time I go inside there bank there's an older woman in there that is completely rude to me and trying to contact anybody over the phone is impossible. Not only that but every time I spend anything with my card I have some random number from their credit card security area calling me asking me why I spent money it's getting to the point where I would like to change Banks.

      The Customer Service staff that helped me wasn't aware I had walked in so it took a couple mins for her to notice I was standing there waiting to cash my check , but she he was polite and respectful, which makes up for it , 4 stars AB
