What an absolutely sad and disconcerting situation. This bank is the worst bank I have dealt with...ever. Their customer service is horrible. One of their employees actually called under the guise of a (fee) and a baseball bat, threatening my wife. All kidding aside though. How do you call a new client and treat them like a felon? Especially, not pulling your head out of your @#$@ long enough to inquire as to what may have happened....a simple mistake? My Business account, which keeps a running amount of at least 250K and these people have the audacity to call with their bat in hand?? I certainly hope that their 35.00 fee is worth the loss of our Business accounts. We have a weekly payroll of $47,800.00. In our business we treat everyone from the janitor to the CFO the exact same way. Kindness! Respect! Hope it was worth it guys.

I had great experience with an auto loan but when it came time for a mortgage, it was a completely different experience. I fought for 7 months to get a prequalification letter even though I was told multiple times “you’re approved”. The agent was VERY difficult to reach via phone and email. I still have yet to receive a response to the last email I sent 3 weeks ago.
