Does not know how to do a notary. If you have any documentation that they don't "feel comfortable " with they will throw such a fit. They literally don't know what they're doing here.yes it's a free notary but no they don't know what they're doing. Also, I came on a Saturday where hours are clearly posted 8am-12pm and the bank was closed st 9:30am when I came by. So the hours aren't correctly posted. Apparently, they're closed on Saturdays.

This is the best bank in my life I've ever had to deal with. My son overdrew his account & instead of having to go in & take care of it Chelsea helped me out on the phone. She was so pleasant & understanding. I hope this is a learning lesson for my son who doesn't think you need to have a ledger since he does online banking. Thank you again Chelsea.
