      Terrible place to get a house mortgage through. They forgot to pay the contractors 50 grand that they were supposed to, and then still let me close on the mortgage. They tried to blame me for it, even though I had no control over getting the contractors actually paid. I had done everything on my end. I then had to take out a separate loan to cover the 50 grand and they tried to jack up the interest rate on me. Terrible experience, would not recommend.
