  DJ helped my wife and I with our refi. Everything about the process was smooth. Communication, responsiveness, knowledge, thoroughness and each part of the process were to the highest of standards. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and I'm thankful to have comfort in knowing of where to go should we need lending services again.

  I typically never write reviews. Who has the time? I'm compelled, however, to write this one due to the incredible experience we had with Chris on our recent refinance. Our situation was not typical. We had several hurdles to overcome and every mortgage broker we talked with prior to Chris gave us little hope a refinance was possible. Fast forward to my first conversation with Chris and he was the only broker that really listened to our problems, outlined several options, and started immediately calling banks to meet our needs. No need to go into all of the details, but a few things of note that I'm writing this review for others to know about this company. Customer service is unlike anything you typically think of when you think of customer service. It's really more like they are like one of your close friends who will do whatever it takes to help. I started feeling bad from all of the hours Chris spent with me on the phone, the long emails explaining every step and question I had, and coming to my office and home for meetings and the closing. I really felt that Chris became a friend, was on our side, and would stop at nothing to make this happen for our family. My wife summed up Chris' efforts best when she said, "He just made our Christmas card list!" It goes without saying that we appreciate everything Chris and Martin did to solve our problems, and that they are our mortgage brokers for life! I hope this review does enough justice for those of you who may need some hope in the mortgage arena. Thanks again Chris!
