      I came in touch with Jay Kim from American Capital funding through my realtor. Jay and his team worked very hard to make sure that I got the loan I needed to close on our new home. We started at the end of June and had closed by the start of August. The team was even able to bring the closing date nearer when requested. The process was smooth sailing and Jay and the team answered all my questions and in a timely manner!
