      This bank is second to none in customer service. Laura Mabe and Diana Rabun have always made our business banking experience smooth, but in light of the current economic crisis, they stepped up for their customers. Diana facilitated PPP Loans amidst changing guidelines and lack of clarity like the pro she is. She had our backs the whole way and never complained even though I know she was working 'round the clock. She made us feel like we were her only customer. Laura setup new accounts, as needed, quickly and easily even though we were forced to do everything remotely with the Pandemic. I'm beyond thrilled with this hometown bank. Thank you!!!
