  I can't speak to the quality of most Houston factoring companies, but I do know this: American Commercial Capital knows business inside and out. If your business is having cash-flow problems, you should at least give American Commercial Capital a call to see if their invoice factoring service is right for you. I didn't even know about invoice factoring before talking to Roy Brooks, the owner, but he laid everything out in a way that makes perfect sense. Basically, with American Commercial Capital's invoice factoring program, 1) you sell your unpaid invoice(s) to AmComCap, usually at 80% of the invoice amount, and get paid within 24 hours, 2) AmComCap collects on the invoice(s) from the client, and then 3) AmComCap sends you the remaining 20% of the invoice amount, minus a small fee. This means no waiting 30 to 90 days (or more!) for a client to pay their invoice. You get quick cash for invoices, providing your business with immediate cash flow, simple and reliable. All without the risk and high interest rates of small business loans. And Roy actually cares about the success of his customers and it shows. He works mostly with local businesses in and around Houston, because he prefers a close relationship with clients. So I definitely recommend American Commercial Capital to any Houston small business that needs help with cash flow and growing their business, whether it be for accounts receivable financing, payroll funding, or what have you. Invoice factoring can be a life saver for small business.

  Roy's services helped our business maintain a consistent cash flow through a crucial point in our history. We may not have made it without him and his company. Traditional lenders weren't open to doing business with us back then, but Roy was. Service has always been A-plus.
